We hope that these rules help to ensure an
enjoyable stay for all guests
1.
Accommodation
​
Please be aware that your accommodation at The Highland Club, Loch Ness, Scotland is self-catering and not a hotel. Some of the other apartments on site are not managed by us and may be occupied by resident owners or their guests and we ask that you respect this as it is their home. We are available on site every day and exclusively for our guests who can reach us in person at The Sanctuary Reception should they need any advice in planning their day or query about one of our apartments.
2.
Car Parking

Please ensure your car is parked in a designated parking area and not on the grass or obstructing any other vehicles, or emergency vehicle access.
3.
The Club Lounge

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times and should not use the snooker table.

There is a pool table in the Club Lounge for children.

Please leave the Club Lounge tidy for the use of other guests.
4.
Chapel Swimming Pool

Please be aware that the pool is not manned.

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times when within the pool area.

The pool is operated via a booking system to prevent overcrowding at busy periods.

No food, drink or glass is permitted in the pool area at any time.

Full pool usage rules are located in the entrance.
5.
Sauna & Steam Rooms

For hygiene reasons guests should please shower after using the sauna or steam room and before getting into the swimming pool.
6.
Tennis Court
​
To allow the fair use of the tennis court, there is a diary booking system which can be found in the Moat House Reception area.
7.
First Aid
​
First Aid facilities and an AED machine (Automated External Defibrillator ) are available in emergencies.
8.

A telephone is available by the stairs at the Moat House entrance to the Highland Club -
