VisitScotland has launched its first itinerary dedicated to health and wellness.

The online guide  focuses on the themes of mind, body and spirit and aims to inspire visitors while travelling for their well-being.
Travelling is not only a destination but also a way to enhance and maintain personal happiness and welfare.

According to a recent research commissioned by the national tourism organisation, almost a third of people in Great Britain (32%) see Scotland as an ideal destination for a wellness holiday.

With its stunning landscapes, local produces food  and rich culture, it isn’t hard to believe that people would want to enhance their well-being whilst exploring the country.
