The Linse, Abbey Church 15, is a superb and very spacious apartment with stunning views across the Monastery Gardens and directly northwards up Loch Ness. It is located on the second floor, immediately next door to Abbey Church 16, The Fairlie and is accessed via the door at the north end of the Atrium.

Furnished to an extremely high standard the apartment lies partly in the newly built extension to the original Abbey Church building and partly within the original Pugin designed church. The apartment has the benefit of being within the converted Abbey Church where you will find the swimming pool, spa facilities and gymnasium.

Upon entering the apartment the inviting hallway leads to the large well appointed sitting room containing two settees (one being a small sofa bed), a large flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player and a small dining table with four chairs with wonderful views over the lawns and on to Loch Ness. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is extremely well equipped.

The master suite is beautifully decorated with views towards Loch Ness and a large en-suite containing both a bath and a shower cubicle. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has twin beds and a drawer unit and also benefits from views over the Loch. The family bathroom off the main hallway is spacious and well appointed.

Off the hallway is a small study area with local maps pinned to a pin board and local information leaflets - perfect for planning your day’s adventure. A short corridor leads up some stairs to a very spacious open plan modern kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has granite work surfaces and is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and a full compliment of high quality kitchen equipment and utensils. This room lies within the original church, featuring original sandstone windows, and has elevated views over the Atrium where you can get great views of the gothic timber hammer head beam in the ceiling above.

The Abbey Church building can be accessed externally from doors either side of the Sanctuary Reception or internally via the walkway that connects the Atrium to the gothic arches and gargoyles of the central cloister (formerly the Fort’s parade ground).
