Covid Policy
Covid Cancellation guarantee - due to the extraordinary circumstances of the Coronavirus pandemic any direct bookings made for 2022 can be cancelled up to one day prior to arrival with the option of either a full refund or moving your vacation to different dates (subject to any increase or decrease in rental for the amended dates or apartment). There are no administration fees for this service.
Government guidelines and travel restrictions are changing daily but our Coronavirus promise means that you can still plan ahead and whichever way the wind may be blowing!
We all need something to look forward to.
Covid Policy Terms
4. Our Refund Policy regarding the COVID-19 pandemic is as follows:
· If you are unable to travel because of Government restrictions (whether they be local to where you live/countrywide/local to Scotland) then you will be entitled to either move your booking to a new date (at the rates applicable to the revised dates) or receive a full refund. Prior to actioning a refund we will require sight of confirmation of your home address in order that checks can be made regarding localised restrictions in force at the time the booking was made and at the time the cancellation was requested. Should you be travelling from a country other than the UK we will require a link to that country’s Government’s website outlining the restrictions under which a cancellation is sought.
· Should any member of your party contract COVID within 14 days of the due date of arrival and are unable to travel, you will be entitled to either move your booking to a new date (at the rates applicable to the revised dates) or receive a full refund. Prior to a refund being actioned we will require sight of the positive test notification received from the NHS or, if travelling from a country other than the UK, from that country’s COVID-19 test provider.
· Should you wish to cancel for another reason then paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Clause D would come into effect.

Additional cleaning policies brought in during the pandemic for your enhanced safety.
Our highest priority is the safety of our guests and staff alike.
Some of the services that we would normally offer, like daily servicing, have been put on hold for the time being. We are still able to offer you clean sheets daily if this is what you would like, however we are unable to change them for you or to clean your apartment during your stay. From when you arrive until when you leave rest assured that no one will come in.
Each apartment is 'fogged' throughout to hotel industry best practice standards as soon as a guest has departed. This involves using a machine that pushes out disinfectant in a fine mist to cover all surfaces. The disinfectant mist is pushed out under pressure and will destroy a virus within 5 minutes. Our cleaning team, wearing the appropriate PPE, will then enter and service the apartment, ready for the next guest.

July 2021 update - Indoor Facilities
We are delighted to announce that we are re-opening all the onsite facilities with effect from Tuesday 6th July with Covid safety restrictions in place.
We have worked hard to make sure that we can open the Club Lounge, Gym and Swimming Pool. Capacity however will be limited and for the swimming pool we have put in place an online booking system where guests can book tickets. This allows us to comply with the guidelines required to safely re-open the facilities.

With the ever changing regulations, hopefully these guidelines will be eased in the coming months. We will, of course, continue to follow guidance as and when it is updated.
The outdoor facilities, i.e. tennis court, football area, badminton, cricket pitch (Multi Use Games Area) etc. can all be used and an online diary is in place for the tennis court which can be accessed by clicking this link also.
We provide tennis racquets and balls, badminton racquets and shuttle cocks and a football in each of our apartments.
For 2022 we have again amended our cancellation policy to reflect the COVID pandemic to allow guests who book directly through our website for a stay in 2022 to cancel their booking up to the day before their arrival.
